- Placez les trois doigts sur l’intérieur de votre poignet. Le bord du troisième doigt doit être positionné le long du premier pli de l’articulation. Le point Nei-Kuan se trouve sous le bord de l’index, entre les deux tendons.
- Positionnez le bouton contre la peau sur le point Nei-Kuan et répétez les mêmes gestes sur l’autre poignet.
- Pour être efficace, il faut porter un bracelet sur chaque poignet.
