The silicone, microfibre and membrane of the prostheses are dermatologically tested and certified to the latest international "biocompatibility" standard DIN ISO 10993.
Directions for use : Hand-wash with soap.
For breast prosthesis with microfiber back, do not pull the fabric. Mop the wet textile with a towel. Let it dry for about 1 hour within the box included. Salty or chlorinated water is ok. Cream and lotions will not damage the prosthesis. You should not use any aggressive detergents. Sharp objetcs (as well as animals claws) can irreversably damage the polyurethane film.
Prosthesis auto-adhesive: liquid soap (no silicon) and water will do. Do not use any cotton napkins or towels to dry the prosthesis in order to avoid any problems on the adhesive surface.

All products supplied can be exchanged or refunded by cash or credit note, on condition:
- that you received your product less than 10 days before return;
- that it still is in its original packaging;
- that it has never been worn or washed;
- that the return parcel contains the order invoice so we can find the product references.
Items which are returned incomplete, damaged, marked, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Make sure to include the invoice in your return parcel and indicate you either require a refund, an exchange or a credit note.
Do not forget to state the reason of your return so we can improve the quality of our catalogue!
